We Follow Your Building’s Rules
Every association runs its building differently. We schedule around approved work hours and noise windows, reserve the service elevator, and plan the debris route and parking with management before we start. Then we protect the building: padded elevator walls, protective board on the elevator floor and taped runners from the elevator, down the hallway and through the unit door. Inside, our grinders run with dust shrouds and vacuums, work areas are sealed with plastic and tape, and we sweep up and haul out the dust with the debris.
