Remove It Pros is a licensed demolition subcontractor (Florida CGC1507612) for general contractors, remodelers, custom home builders, restoration companies and property managers. Since 2014 we’ve completed more than 20,000 demolition jobs and earned 1,300+ five-star Google reviews.

What We Handle for Contractors

  • Selective and interior demolition: kitchen and bath tear-outs, full unit guts, wall and ceiling removal, prep for remodels.
  • Flooring and tile removal: tile, thinset, marble, glued-down wood and vinyl, taken down to a slab ready for your installer.
  • Building demolition: full house and commercial teardowns for new construction, including hurricane-damaged homes.
  • Storm and water damage demolition: flood cuts, interior guts and teardowns for restoration companies and GCs after hurricanes and floods.
  • Concrete cutting and removal: saw cutting for plumbing trenches and openings, slab, driveway and patio removal.
  • Pool demolition, piling removal and construction debris removal.

Condo and High-Rise Demolition

Much of our work is in coastal condos and waterfront homes, where the building has as many rules as the job. We plan around association work hours, elevator and hallway protection, and noise windows. We work in Pelican Bay and the luxury high-rises along the coast all the time. Building managers know us for following their instructions to the letter and protecting the spaces we work in.

How We Work With Your Schedule

  • Crews: at least 12 crews running year-round and 20+ in peak season, so we can staff large or multiple jobs at once.
  • Fast starts: we can usually begin soon after the GC approves the job.
  • Insurance: certificates of insurance for you or the condo association within one business day.
  • Permits: on most selective demo jobs we work under the GC’s project permit. We can pull our own demolition permit when you need us to.
  • Quotes: we prefer to walk the job with you on site, so we can see truck access, distance to the work area and anything that needs surgical care. For simpler jobs we can bid from photos or a drive-by.

How we keep projects moving: why Remove It Pros finishes demolition jobs faster than most crews.

Debris, Salvage and Recycling

We haul all demo debris off site. Reusable cabinets, vanities, appliances and building materials go to our ReUse It Pros warehouse in Bonita Springs instead of the landfill. That’s a selling point you can pass on to your clients.

Contractor FAQ

Can you demo a high-rise condo unit?

Yes. We work in Pelican Bay and coastal high-rises regularly, and plan the job around association rules: approved work hours, elevator reservations and protection, hallway coverings and debris removal routes.

How fast can you start?

Usually soon after the GC approves the job. With at least 12 crews year-round and 20+ in peak season, we can staff most jobs without making you wait weeks.

Do you pull the demolition permit?

On most selective demolition jobs, we work under the general contractor’s project permit. When a job needs its own demolition permit, we can pull it.

We prefer to walk the job with you on site to check truck access, distance to the work area and anything that needs careful, surgical removal. For simpler jobs we can bid from photos or a drive-by.

Do you remove tile down to the slab for new flooring?

Yes. We remove tile, thinset, marble, and glued-down wood or vinyl, and leave the slab ready for your flooring installer.

What happens to the debris?

We haul everything away. Salvageable cabinets, vanities, appliances and materials go to our ReUse It Pros warehouse in Bonita Springs for resale instead of the landfill.
