David Lockwood brings over 41 years of hands-on experience in construction, property maintenance, and real estate. His experience began at a young age helping his father maintain a group of 72 apartment units. From painting and drywall repair to plumbing and general maintenance, he learned early on how buildings work and the importance of doing the job right.
From 1985 to 1989, David served in the United States Air Force in a RED HORSE Squadron, where he was trained in civil engineering and heavy construction. There he gained experience in surveying, site development, infrastructure work, and large-scale repair projects.
After leaving the Air Force, David spent nearly 20 years in the real estate industry as a Realtor and investor, buying, renovating, and managing properties. When the real estate market crashed, he relocated permanently to Florida and began clearing out foreclosed homes and repurposing materials just to make ends meet. What started out of necessity eventually led to the creation of the company.
David’s son Logan grew up working beside him and learned the business through hands-on experience in the field. Today, David and Logan run the company together, along with their longtime friend Taylon, building a team focused on hard work, reliability, and doing the job right.
Today the company specializes in junk removal, concrete cutting, selective demolition, building demolition, flooring removal, and dumpster rentals.
